Return and refunds

1. Order Cancellation & Modification

All orders are processed automatically and enter preparation shortly after payment confirmation.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or edited once placed.
  • This includes changes to:
    • shipping address
    • selected items
    • variants, colors, sizes, or quantities

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all order information before completing checkout.

Kidimia shall not be held liable for customer-entered errors during checkout.

2. Return Eligibility

Kidimia maintains a strict return policy to protect product integrity, hygiene standards, and operational costs.

Returns are accepted only under the conditions below:

  • Return request submitted within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Item must be:
    • unused
    • unopened
    • unwashed
    • undamaged
    • in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory
  • Return authorization from Kidimia is required before shipment

Any return sent without prior written authorization may be refused, rejected, or disposed of without compensation.

Kidimia reserves the right to deny any return request that appears abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with normal consumer use.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products showing signs of wear, testing, washing, or damage
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Promotional items or free gifts
  • Final sale items
  • Subscription or recurring orders

Kidimia reserves the sole discretion to determine product condition and eligibility upon inspection.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee (Limited)

Where explicitly advertised on the product page, Kidimia may offer a limited satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Valid only for first-time customers
  • Limited to one product unit per household
  • Claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer must provide:
    • detailed explanation
    • photo/video evidence
    • proof of proper product use

The guarantee does not apply in cases involving:

  • misuse
  • unrealistic expectations
  • failure to follow instructions
  • normal product variation
  • subjective dissatisfaction without evidence

Kidimia reserves the right to offer:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • partial refund
  • refusal of compensation

at its sole discretion.


5. Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact:

support@kidimia.com

The request must include:

  • full name
  • order number
  • email address used for purchase
  • item concerned
  • detailed reason for request
  • supporting photos/videos where applicable

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers must not return products to the sender address on the parcel unless explicitly instructed.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Only one refund, replacement, or compensation request is permitted per order.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • return shipping costs
  • customs fees
  • duties
  • taxes
  • carrier charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Kidimia is not responsible for:

  • lost return parcels
  • damaged return parcels
  • returns sent to incorrect addresses
  • returns without tracking

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service.


7. Restocking & Processing Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • up to 20% restocking fee
  • payment processing deductions
  • return handling costs

Refunds, where applicable, are issued only on the eligible portion of the order value.

Shipping fees, insurance fees, customs charges, and optional services remain non-refundable.


8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Kidimia will notify the customer of the decision.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • processing may take up to 10 business days
  • banking delays are outside Kidimia’s control

Kidimia reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items fail inspection.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

Customers must provide:

  • clear photos/videos
  • packaging evidence
  • shipping label evidence

Kidimia reserves the right to determine whether:

  • replacement
  • partial refund
  • store credit
  • or no compensation

is appropriate.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Kidimia is not liable for:

  • stolen parcels
  • unattended deliveries
  • mailbox theft
  • incorrect delivery locations provided by the customer

If shipping protection was purchased, coverage applies only according to the carrier investigation outcome and policy terms.

Packages confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier may qualify for replacement at Kidimia’s discretion.


11. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to:

  • incomplete address
  • incorrect address
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to collect parcel

are not eligible for full refunds.

If a parcel is returned to sender:

  • original shipping fees remain non-refundable
  • reshipping costs must be paid by the customer
  • a processing/restocking fee may apply

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Kidimia reserves the right to provide all relevant evidence to the payment processor, including:

  • tracking information
  • proof of delivery
  • customer communications
  • IP and checkout records
  • policy acceptance logs

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in:

  • refusal of future service
  • account restrictions
  • legal recovery action where permitted

Customers agree to contact support before initiating a dispute.


13. Product Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary.

Kidimia does not guarantee:

  • specific outcomes
  • medical results
  • performance levels
  • satisfaction for every user

Products must be used strictly according to instructions.

Improper use, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized modifications void any eligibility for refund or replacement.


14. Medical, Sensitivity, or Allergy Claims

Customers alleging medical incompatibility, sensitivity, or allergic reaction may be asked to provide:

  • medical documentation
  • photographic evidence
  • proof of correct usage

Kidimia reserves the right to independently evaluate all such claims.

Minor discomfort, temporary irritation, or subjective reactions without documentation may not qualify for compensation.


15. Promotions, Free Gifts & Discounts

Promotional items, discounted products, bundle offers, and free gifts:

  • have no cash value
  • are non-refundable
  • may require full bundle return for eligibility

Kidimia reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

System errors, pricing errors, or duplicate promotional items may be corrected without notice.


16. Force Majeure

Kidimia shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • carrier disruptions
  • customs delays
  • strikes
  • weather events
  • pandemics
  • governmental actions
  • supply chain disruptions

17. Unauthorized Resale

Kidimia products are intended for personal consumer use only.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial resale voids:

  • guarantees
  • refund eligibility
  • customer support obligations

Products purchased from unauthorized third parties are not covered by this policy.


18. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on kidimia.com, customers acknowledge that they have:

  • read
  • understood
  • accepted
